It also helps keep my mind busy and not think about my problems. Legend about Dream Catcher legend: Dream Catchers are of pagan native american heritage. The story goes that when the sleeper sleeps the bad dreams get caught in the web and perish in the daylight while the good dreams pass threw the hole in the middle. Part of Tradition was that when a new baby was born the grand mother would make a dream catcher and hang it over the baby's bed to protect it :)cr
